MOSCOW: Russian President Vladimir Putin on Tuesday accused Ukraine, with the help of Western intelligence agencies, of trying to sabotage the peace process between the two countries, including by threatening Russian energy pipelines.
In televised comments, Putin said it was vital to strengthen the defense of energy infrastructure and other strategic objects.
