Friends of Cancer Patients has launched the “Umrah for Cancer Patients” initiative, with Sharjah Charity International.
It aims to provide moral support for cancer patients while enabling them to perform the Umrah pilgrimage to Mecca.
Initiatives that support cancer patients in the UAE and balance material and moral support help patients overcome the negative side effects of chemotherapy and radiation, and to control pain and battle depression.
