ISLAMABAD: Pakistan Army Cadet Mahad Ijaz has won a shooting competition in Germany, setting a new record, the military’s media wing said.
Forty-five countries participated in the competition, which concluded on Sunday, said Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR).
Ijaz “has been declared the Best Shooter Konig Bundessprachenamt 2018,” the ISPR said in a statement.
In August 2016, Pakistani soldier Naik Arshad was declared the best sniper in an international competition in Beijing.
